How to measure your nugget

Weigh your nugget dry on the scale. Write down the weight.

Place a container of water on the scale and press TARE so it reads zero.

Hold the nugget on a thread and lower it into the water until fully submerged. Don't let it touch the bottom or sides. Hold the thread by hand above — not on the scale. Write down the number on the scale.
