New mosfet available to reduce field failures for GPX detectors

The mosfet that is used a voltage limiter in GPX detectors can now be upgraded to a 250 volt 9 amp mosfet, I tested the newer p channel mosfet and the detector is a little more stable and should never have this part fail again.
