Looking for Woody build info on article in gold gem treasure

Trying to track down this info for a friend, apparently Woody wrote an article in gold gem and treasure about a project that converts the audio out to a vibrator for deaf people and the article said the build info is on the website but cannot seem to find it, I have not seen the gold gem and treasure article   to see what its all about so its a bit iffy, but any info appreciated thanks

Hi, dont think it was me but it is simple to make, get an opamp and a mobile phone vibration unit, put in your hand in a plastic tube, plug into detector audio or if you use or booster it will drive a vibration motor directly, just a series diode to convert audio to dc.
