wiring of plug on headphones gpx 5000

Hi
I have a broken wire in the head phone plug on gpx 5000. I've purchased a new plug but need assistance with the correct wiring of the plug there are three wire's red on positive terminal black on earth and I'm stuck on the white wire if any one can assist I'd appreciate it

The big shield or braid goes to the big body connection the other 2 wires go to the 2 smaller lugs, it does not matter what wire goes to what lug. If you have a mono plug join the red and white to the same lug or you can ignore the black and use the red and white but you will get reduced sound output.
