Just an update on how the modified GP3000 is going. So far I have found nuggets from .2 grams up to 25.2 grams. Included in the total was a 3 ounce patch- best yet. Mostly found with a 17x11 nf advantage but also detech mono. Both run well & my detecting mate who runs a 7000 full time, meaning he does it for a living, is suitably impressed. :)

Good work, The 7000 is good in some ground but not all ground..where the GP is fairly good in all ground after mods.
